About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to join our growing apparel business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, online sales, and direct sales, along with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Apparel industry experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities in B2B, online, and direct sales channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Business Development:
- Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Travel to customer locations and trade shows when required.
CRM & Reporting:
- Manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor pipeline and forecast future sales performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Set KPIs and performance goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager.
- Strong B2B Sales experience.
- Experience in Online Sales & Direct Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Experience using CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Apparel / Garment / Textile Industry Experience.
- Existing industry relationships and customer network.
- Experience working with U.S. customers and retailers.
